We currently offer:

Estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days
Cost: Free

Priority Shipping USA
Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Cost: $15.00

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, address errors, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. GNZShops is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at gnzshops@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or shipping.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your household, neighbors, building office, mailbox area, and local carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will review the situation.

International Shipping

International shipping may take 10–30 business days depending on destination, production location, and carrier availability.
