Return Policy

At GNZShops, each item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gnzshops@gmail.com.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or defect

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Size Exchanges

Because every item is printed on demand, we cannot accept size exchanges if the size ordered was delivered correctly. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong print, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and help resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom printed products
- Sale items
- Items damaged due to customer use
- Items washed, worn, altered, or used
- Orders with incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
